Physical Education II

PHYSICAL EDUCATION II:  Physical Education is designed to develop in students the skills and habits for lifelong wellness through physical activity. Students will experience activities that will improve the fundamental elements of muscular strength, cardiovascular strength, and flexibility.  Students will track and analyze their progress and set appropriate, yet challenging goals that will improve their chances of developing lifelong fitness habits. Specific sports and fitness activities will coincide with the spring season, sportsmanship and leadership are emphasized.
