Elective Physical Education - Trends in Fitness

Elective Physical Education-  Trends in Fitness: This class is designed to develop students’ desire for physical activity. The goal of this course is to promote fitness through currently popular fitness activities. Fitness activities include yoga, swimming, jogging, speed walking, pilates, crossfit, weights, and exposure to new activities currently trending.
