Elective Physical Education - Trends in Fitness

Trends in Fitness is designed for the physically active student with a goal of enhancing their overall strength and fitness level.  Daily workouts emphasize cardiovascular health, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Activities include but are not limited to yoga, walking, jogging, lifetime sports, HITT training, and weight training.
