Health Education
HEALTH EDUCATION: Health education is designed to develop health-literate individuals. Students will learn and evaluate current lifestyle factors affecting physical, mental/emotional and social wellbeing. Students will analyze health information, discuss lifestyle factors, decision making, and goal setting needed for maintaining a lifetime of wellness. Community health professionals will be brought in from the community, i.e. Rachels First Week, Boone County Health Department, Donate Life Indiana, and Zionsville Fires Department.
