Advanced Placement (AP) Physics Level C: Mechanics
ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP) PHYSICS LEVEL C: MECHANICS: This laboratory course is the capstone course in physics for those students planning on majoring in physical sciences or engineering in college. The subject matter is a yearlong focus on classical calculus-based mechanics. Students are expected to take the AP Physics C: Mechanics exam in May. The course culminates with a student designed physics based research project. This course is aligned with the College Board guidelines for AP Physics C.
