Coach Aguillon started his coaching career at Zionsville High School in 2007 as a Varsity Assistant Coach. In 2008 he became the program's 8th coach in its history. Since then he has become the All-Time leader in wins as has lead the team to Four (4) Sectional Championships, One (1) Regional Championship and One (1) Semi-State Runner Up Finish. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to coach over 30 players who went on to play College Soccer.
Coach Aguillon’s playing career included being a member of the Club Rayados del Monterrey Reserves Team (Mexican Professional League). While playing for Monterrey FC, he got selected to participate in training camp for the Mexican U-17 National Team. He played collegiate soccer for the University of Memphis from 1994-1997. While in Memphis, Ramon also played for the Tennessee U-23 state team leading them to the National Championship game in 1997. After college, coach Aguillon played professional soccer as a member of the USL A-League Atlanta Ruckus in 1998 and then semi-professionally for the Memphis Express of the USL PDL league in 2002.

- Prior to joining ZCHS Soccer, Aguillon coached youth soccer at Noblesville United (2005-2007) and Zionsville Youth Soccer Association (2007-2009)
- Coach Aguillon currently holds a D National Coaching License from the US Soccer Federation.
Coach Aguillon is married to former Zionsville High School alumni Laura Aguillon (Helms) and lives in Zionsville, Indiana with his two children Ana Camila and Ramon Mark. He works for Allison Transmission as a OEM Account Manager.
