PLTW- Principles of Engineering

PLTW- PRINCIPLES OF ENGINEERING: 

Principles of Engineering (POE) is a course that focuses on the application of engineering concepts. This course is part of the PLTW Engineering curriculum. This class leverages technology, math, and scientific ideas throughout the entire engineering process. This handson course has students working on a variety of engineering projects including work with simple machines, bridge design, programming, statistical analysis, and robotics. Students are exposed to several engineering fields such as material design, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering. The activities in class are designed to have students work in groups and use modern technology to develop solutions for engineering problems.
