ZCHS Weight Room Information:
The Zionsville High School weight room is a custom and fully outfitted 4,800 sq ft training facility used to accommodate all of ZCHS athletic needs in strength and conditioning. It houses 10 multipurpose weight racks for power lifting and 10 fully outfitted platforms for Olympic lifting. It is also complete with dumbbell racks, cable machines, pl-yo boxes, dip bars, trap bars, and cardio equipment.  Athletes have access to a large selection of weightlifting belts, bands, chains, and med balls. It is adjacent to the field house which facilitates dynamic warm ups, mobility, speed, and agility development.

Coach Williams strength and conditioning career started at the University of Central Florida interning in the weight room while playing football for the Knights. He also worked in the UCF Human Performance Lab as a graduate assistant studying human performance and attaining his Masters degree in Exercise Science. In 2012 he became part of the strength staff with the Indianapolis Colts and spent 4 years with the organization before transitioning to St. Vincent Sports Performance as a strength and performance coach. He also spent time as the strength coach for the Indiana Fever before coming to Zionsville High School. Coach Williams holds strength and conditioning certifications through both the NSCA and the CSCCa.
