Head Coach: Larry Shiller
Coach Shiller came to Zionsville in 1994 and was the co-founder and first head coach of the Zionsville Rugby Club in 2003. Since then, Zionsville has had 35 players gone on to play college rugby.
Coach Shiller spent five years with the University of Illinois Rugby Football Club as a player, selector, and assistant coach. He also spent six years with the Youngstown Rugby Football Club, while serving as a president and treasurer. With the Rochester Aardvarks Rugby Football Club, Shiller was part of an England/Scotland tour and during a stint with the Akron Rugby Football Club he was part of an England/Wales tour. 
In addition to coaching, Coach Shiller is a regional sales manager for MicroMetl Corporation. He and his wife, Lee Anne, reside in Zionsville and have a son, Aidan.
