Head Coach Andy Maguire has coached ZCHS Girls Basketball since 2010, but is no stranger to the program. He was previously head coach of the Lady Eagles from 1999-2005. In 2016, Coach Maguire was selected to be an assistant coach for the Indiana Junior All-Star Team.
Coach Maguire is a graduate of South Vermillion High School, where he played basketball and baseball. He attended Purdue University and has a masters degree in administration from IUPUI. He currently teaches health and physical education at Zionsville Middle School. Coach Maguire is married to Jennie and they have three daughters, Megan, Grace, and Emily, as well as a dog named Waverly.

- 2016 Sectional Champions, first sectional victory since 1996
- 2016 Season named best in school history, with biggest turnaround in the state, improving from 4-16 in 2014-15 to 20-4 in 2015-16.
