Morning Practices: M/W/F 5:30am - 7am

Lunch Practices: M/W/F 11:30am - 1pm

Saturday Practice: 7:30am - 9am

November - February schedule change:
M/W/F 5am-6:30am (6-6:30 Dive well only)

Saturdays 6:30am-9am
